Q: Do you speak English? We are worried about the language barrier.
A: We’ve got you covered! We are a multilingual international couple. Our primary working language is fluent, native-level English. We are also native speakers in Turkish and Croatian/Serbian. Additionally, we speak some Italian and we are happily improving our Spanish every day (¡Estamos aprendiendo!). We can easily guide you through poses and logistics in any of these languages, but for the creative brief, English is best.
Q: How soon will we get our photos?
A: We know you are excited to share your Madrid memories! We typically send a "Sneak Peek" (highlights) within 48 hours. The full, edited gallery is usually delivered within 2 weeks via a private online link.
Q: Do you both (Tarık & Srdana) shoot every session?
A: It depends on your needs! For intimate sessions like proposals or branding portraits, usually one of us is enough to capture the magic discreetly. For events or complex shoots, we often work as a two-person team. We will recommend the best setup for you.
Q: Do you know good locations in Madrid?
A: Absolutely. Since we live here, we know both the iconic landmarks (like Retiro Park, Royal Palace) and the hidden local gems. We can recommend the perfect location based on the vibe you want—whether it's urban, historic, or natural.
Q: What happens if it rains on the day of our shoot?
A: Madrid is famous for its sunshine, but weather can be unpredictable! We always keep an eye on the forecast. If it rains, we can either reschedule to the next available sunny day or move the session to a beautiful indoor location or a covered landmark. We won't leave you in the rain!
Q: We don't know what to wear. Can you help?
A: Absolutely. Once you book, we can share our "Style Tips" with you. The general rule is: coordinate your colors, but don't match exactly. Neutral tones and comfortable clothes always look best in Madrid's golden light.
Q: Do you have a studio?
A: We are primarily on-location photographers. For couples and families, we use the beautiful streets, parks and outdoors of Madrid. For brands and gastronomy, we come to your restaurant, studio, or office to capture your business in its authentic element.
Q: Do you retouch the photos (Photoshop)?
A: We believe in authentic beauty. All your photos will be professionally edited for color, light, and our signature style (color grading). We do not do heavy body alterations or "plastic" skin retouching unless specifically requested as an extra service. You will look like the best version of you.
Q: What is the "Black Friday Launch Offer"?
A: To celebrate our launch, we are offering a 30% discount for all Proposal, Vacation, and Family photo sessions booked for the upcoming season (November-January). To get this deal, simply select the "Black Friday Offer" option in our contact form.
